i have spent most of my working life in the motor vehicle smash repair industry i am a certified tradesman in the industry . progressed to general shop management and owned my own shop for 15 years with a staff of up to 15 members for that duration . sold the business in october 2018 started my first hc job in november 2018 and have worked continuously at that level to now ( and i'm not about to retire yet ! )
