About the Role:

We are seeking a proven Store Manager to join this retailer and their Ayr team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for providing fantastic customer service, merchandising products, managing stock, maintaining store appearance, and implementing effective store operations. You will uphold the company's reputation for excellence within the local community and support the growth and development of your team.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong stock management and merchandising skillset


• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets


• Strong understanding of retail operations and management


• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
