Job Description

Our client is one of Australia's leading manufacturers and distributors of industrial products, offering a wide range of innovative and high-quality solutions for the building, construction, and industrial markets. They are currently looking for a Sales & Service Coordinator for their business expansion to join their team in Adelaide. About the role: - Handle all customer service inquiries via phone and email. - Process sales orders and credits. - Provide customer quotes, follow up on quotes, update order statuses, and communicate lead times. - Offer technical product information and support to customers. - Assist our sales team with various tasks. Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within a technical or sales-oriented environment. - Work history demonstrating consistency, dependability, and a proactive attitude towards work. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach. - Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to customers and team members. - Basic understanding of technical products and the ability to learn and communicate technical information to customers. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
