Job Description
The Regional Engagement Team Leader role involves managing and supporting the ADF Reserves and Employer Support (ADFRES) team within the Department of Defence.
Key responsibilities include translating strategy into operational outcomes, leading and managing APS staff, handling complex administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with governance and financial requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to deliver organizational objectives and build relationships with reserve members and their employers.
This role requires exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and engagement skills, as well as the ability to maintain a security clearance at Negative Vetting Level 1.
