Job Description
Position Details:
- Operating machinery to cut, grind and mince meat including use of band-saw
- Preparing orders to spec for hospitality dispatches
- Maintain and rotate stock levels
- Early starts and early finishes
- No Retail work
- No breaking down bodies
Applicant Requirements:
- Previous experience as butcher or in meat processing including portion control
- Must have good understanding of Food Safety Handling and Manufacturing
- Physically strong enough to lift and move 20 kilogram boxes
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Current valid Driver’s Licence
- Own transport essential
